Riccardo Campi (MD, PhD, FEBU, MSc) obtained his medical degree at the University of Florence, Italy, and completed residency training in Urology at Careggi University Hospital in Florence.
He is Adjunct Professor of Urology at the Department of Urology, Comprehensive Cancer Center, Medical University of Vienna, Vienna, Austria.
He held a research fellowship in urologic oncology at La Pitié -Salpêtrière Academic Hospital in Paris, and a Ph.D. in Surgical Sciences at the University of Florence.
He is a fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU).
He has co-authored more than 400 peer-reviewed publications and serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals in the field of Urology. His academic interests are urologic oncology (in particular, renal cancer), minimally-invasive surgery, and kidney transplantation.
He is Associate Editor of European Urology Oncology, Associate Member of the EAU Guidelines on Renal Cell Carcinoma, Associate Member of the EAU Section of Oncological Urology (ESOU) Renal Oncology group, and Member & Past Chair of the EAU-YAU Renal Cancer working group. ORCID: 0000-0001-5237-0888
