    Dr. Rossella Nicoletti is a urological surgeon at Careggi Hospital and the University of Florence, specializing in prostate diseases and minimally invasive surgery. She graduated with honors in Medicine from the Università Cattolica in Rome and completed her residency in Urology in Florence. A certified Asian Robotic Surgeon following a year-lasting surgical an scientific fellowship in Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Jeremy Teoh, she is deputy coordinator of the PIONEER+ project, a member of the YAU Prostate Cancer Group, and a PhD candidate in the OPTIMA project on AI and prostate cancer. Her expertise spans advanced treatments for prostate, bladder, kidney diseases, and urinary stones using endoscopic and robotic techniques.
