This instructional course provides a comprehensive, contemporary review of adjustable solutions for male stress urinary incontinence (SUI). The course transitions from the non-surgical PaceyCuff—analysing its role for frail patients or those on surgical waiting lists—to advanced surgical interventions. Participants will critically evaluate the A.M.I ATOMS system, focusing on surgical techniques, port-based adjustment, and long-term outcomes for mild-to-moderate SUI. Finally, the session explores the next generation of artificial urinary sphincters, specifically the Rigicon ContiReflex, contrasting its design and indications with traditional AUS devices.
Designed for healthcare professionals of all experience levels—including those new to the field, as well as urologists, nurse practitioners, and physiotherapists—this course features a significant hands-on component. Candidates will gain practical experience with each device in a friendly, relaxed environment, ensuring they have the best opportunity to familiarise themselves with the latest advancements in personalised SUI management.
