Dr. Xu received his MD from Harvard Medical School and completed residency training in internal medicine and fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Xu joined the Lank Center for Genitourinary Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2020, where his clinical practice focuses on the care of patients with genitourinary cancers. He leads a research program focused on the development of novel biomarkers and immunotherapies as well as translational studies in kidney cancer.
