Shawn Dason, MD, FRCSC, is an Associate Professor of Urologic Surgery in the Division of Urologic Oncology at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center. His surgical practice and academic focus center on the management of inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus, including both open and robotic IVC thrombectomy. He is actively engaged in resident and fellow education and in advancing surgical approaches to complex urologic oncology.
