Suction into endourology has transformed the management of urinary stone disease. We aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of suction-assisted techniques in endourology, focusing on their principles, technological evolution, and evidence-based clinical applications.The course will cover the role of suction in procedures such as PCNL, miniPCNL, RIRS, and ureteroscopy. Participants will gain insights and practical guidance on selection, setup, and troubleshooting in the operating room.We will discuss indications, contraindications, safety considerations, and current controversies surrounding suction use.We invite residents, fellows, and practicing consultants seeking to enhance their understanding and safe adoption of suction techniques to improve surgical outcomes.
